ISM basic license

The ISM Basic License provides access to a starter set of products and services from the extensive ISM ecosystem.

The use of these products and services accelerates the professionalization of the ITSM approach. The immediate usability of these resources results in significant savings on development and maintenance costs and relieves the organization itself.

While using these basic products and services, both leaders and professionals continuously experience the benefits in managing, executing, and monitoring their work. Their work and the results become transparent, and further professionalization is promoted.

With access to these products and services, a foundation has been laid upon which the (potential) later addition of other products and services from the ISM ecosystem seamlessly integrate.

Why	Leaders and professionals need the right tools to professionalize the ITSM approach. It’s not their core business and specialization to create and maintain their own custom tools.

How	The scope of the license is determined by the number of employees that use the starter set. Often, these are the employees from the IT, Management Team, HRM, and/or Facilities departments. Changes to the number are implemented on an annual basis. The acquired products and services can and may be used throughout the entire license period. Throughout the duration, updates and support on all products and services from the starter set are provided for free. The ISM Basic License has a minimum duration of 1 year and is automatically renewed and billed on a monthly basis. After 1 year, the license can be terminated with a notice period of 3 months. If the license is not renewed after 1 year, the tool setup, the ISM library, and the ISM definition list become the property of the purchaser for internal use only, without the right to updates and support.
