Wim Hoving is known for his confrontational approach, his aversion to sacred cows and his sharp vision on how IT service management really adds value to the organization.

For over 20 years, he has been guiding IT organizations in improving their services. The last 10 years, mainly through the ISM method, which he co-developed. His mission: to give management organizations control over their working methods, so that they perform stably and keep customers satisfied.

Yes, that is certainly possible! The masterclass is ideally suited for IT professionals in a management role. Please note: it is not a team training, so it is not intended for an entire department at the same time.

The masterclass consists of 3 consecutive days, each with a morning, afternoon and evening session. In total about 28 contact hours. There is no mandatory preparation, but reflection and application to your own work situation increase the learning yield.

Are you unexpectedly unable to attend? In our general terms and conditions you can read exactly what the possibilities are for moving or cancelling.

Yes, of course. When you register, you can easily indicate dietary requirements or allergies. We will ensure that these are taken into account during the sessions.

Yes! For former participants we have developed a special alumni program, including in-depth sessions. Contact us for the possibilities and rates.

In addition to this follow-up program, there is also the possibility to follow the masterclass as an alumnus for a second time. For 50% of the investment, you will then go through the entire program again. Speaking of deepening.

No specific prior education is required, the training is focused on growth from where you are now, but we advise HBO level of thinking and some experience in ITSM or IT leadership. The masterclass is aimed at professionals who want to make an impact in their organization.
